Part 1 Coordinates 2014

 

 

Thank you for signing up to volunteer! Parents and Guardians are required to submit a Criminal History Application prior to volunteering.

            Rock-A-Thon is this Friday, August 22nd! We are ready to rock at the lock in. Prizes, food, games, DJ, and photo booth! Join us for our biggest fundraising event of the year! Bring your pillow, wear comfortable clothes, and don’t forget to bring your energy!

 

 

Sign up for games and tournaments for Rockathon will be in the band hall starting on Tuesday!

Students who are coming need to bring the following items:

SENIORS: Pack of single serving chips, any kind, minimum of 12 bags

JUNIORS:   Whole fruit, 1 dozen or 1 pound, no cut fruit please

SOPHOMORES:  Desserts- Minimum 1 dozen store bought cookies, brownies, or other desserts

FRESHMEN:  Last name A-L- Gatorade or Soda in single 12-16 oz bottles or cans, minimum of 12

Last name M-Z- Water in single serving bottles, minimum 24 count

Drinks and chips can be dropped off on Friday during rehearsal.  Desserts and fruit should be brought to the event.

 

VOLUNTEERS are still needed!  Please e mail Joana Kolle Sjkolle@gmail.com if you are interested in volunteering and have not signed up.  We appreciate your volunteerism!  It takes all of us to make events like the Rockathon fun, safe, and successful! 

 

Volunteers needed: Please contact Tanya Eastin if you are able to help with Band Aid. Thank you!
