Rockathon – 17 August, 9pm-5.30am

 

Parents,

This is an all-night event your child will NOT want to miss: our annual Rockathon event!

It’s a great way for your child to chill with band friends after two weeks of heavy marching and the first days of school.

Please read our Rock-a-Thon – 2018 form and have your child return it with money attached. (there is a white mailbox in the band hall that it can be dropped into).

 

Check-in: 9-10.30pm

Pick up: 5.30am Saturday morning

While we will be providing entertainment, music, sports, and food, we are asking for additional food donations:

  • SENIORS – Single serving size of chips (any kind) –Min. 12 count
  • JUNIORS– Whole fruit – Minimum 1 dozen or 1 pound, no cut fruit, please.
  • SOPHOMORES– Desserts – Min. 1 dozen store-bought cookies, brownies, or other desserts.
  • FRESHMEN– Drinks according to the following:

A-L—Gatorade or Soda in single 12-16 oz. bottles or cans Min. 12 count

M-Z—Water in single serving bottles, Min. 24 count

Contributions can be brought to school anytime Wednesday through Friday, Aug 15-17th.  Please bring fruit in on Friday only.
